Coronet Peak is skiing well again after the rain finally turned to snow. The skiing off piste is hard and nobbly in places with about 4 cms of fresh on top - Dust on Crust but was surprisingly good fun to ski and the piste hard but good grooming and plenty of grip. The temps are remaining cold and the rot has stopped for now. It has also got a lot quieter on the mountain - maybe the flow on effect of the credit crunch has finally taken hold!
Skiing still good any way so get into it!
